The home of the Monarchs since 2003, Legends Field has 4,500 fixed seats and can hold up to 20,000 people for concerts and special events. Kansas Speedway is a 1.500 mi tri-oval race track in the Village West area in Kansas City, Kansas. It was built in 2001 and it currently hosts two annual NASCAR race weekends. The IndyCar Series also held races at the venue until 2011. The speedway is owned and operated by NASCAR.
