In lieu of the recent and tragic storm that hit Moore, Oklahoma on Monday, we thought this would be a good time to remind everyone that The Heights at Delaware Ridge does have sufficient storm shelters on site.
Whether you are familiar with weather of a tornadic nature or not, we all know the damage it can cause. In effort to shield our residents from such storms, we have built 4 individual storm shelters throughout the property. These storm shelters are here to protect you during high wind and chaotic storm activity if being in your apartment is warned unsafe.
We may not be able to protect your personal belongings and our buildings in the event of a tornado but first and foremost focus is the welfare of our residents, occupants and furry friends.
Although the storm shelters are there for such an event, we hope they are never in need of use!
